I received this item with one of the eight flat nuts missing, and all the washers were too small to fit (same type of problem many others have mentioned in their reviews). When I contacted the seller, I was asked if I could go to the hardware store to buy the correct parts myself and they'd reimburse me, but honestly no hardware store is going to have a matching flat nut that fits their brackets, and an 50 cent reimbursement isn't going to solve the problem & aggravation. In the end, I'll find a way to make it work, and they can keep their 50 cents. In Short. Don't buy this if you're not that good at fixing problems yourself ;-)
