I got these to use in my bathroom in the summer--something a bit more airy to lend a summer feeling. They are definitely attractive and the color (I got the beige cabana stripe) is pretty true to the product listing. I haven't used them yet to judge their absorbency, although I imagine absorbency will get better with washings, as happens with many towels.I gave these towels 4 stars instead of 5 because the fringe trim is not done very well. They've made the fringe by twisting the threads of the fabric together, but it almost looks like the fabric was pulled at an inconsistent tension and too hard in some places. On the bright side, that lends to the rustic, hand made feel of the towels.I'll be keeping these.
