Disappointed - my new review

This product is great. I can use this produce while I am working and I have noticed a difference in the fact of my joints not hurting as much. The main reason I gave this product a 3 star rating is because when I first started using the second level finger exerciser (blue) it broke on me. And I contacted the seller and they asked me to send some pics of the broken band so I did and I haven't heard anything back.
