This collar is very nicely made. I actually made a typo on my order and the company readily sent me a replacement free of charge, told me to keep the first collar as a gift, suggested cutting off the incorrect tag to use as a basic collar, and were so nice and understanding. I will be ordering from them again. The collar arrived both times within a week. Fits correctly. Nice thick material with reflective stitching. Exceeded my expectations.
