Fits a regular Twin!
I really needed a nice, high quality mattress cover for our spare "sleepover" mattress, one that didn't look like a sheet (because we will be changing the sheet regularly - we needed a new "skin" for the actual mattress). Our mattress is a 10in Twin hybrid mattress and as you can see it fits perfect. I think it could even fit one a bit thicker as it's loose. This cover is perfect for what we needed it for and exactly as described.
