This is described as loose fit but due to the fact that I have an athletic upper body the shoulders were still tight, but not uncomfortable. The rest of it was a nice loose fit, perfect to keep you a nice temperature while workout in cooler weather. I wore this with some joggers and then later shorts and it kept me warm but not to the point of overheating. Really love the thumb holes too, if sleeves are going to be long, they should always have them in my opinion.
