Rough surface is not comfortable
I thought these cotton face towels would be nice to take for travel. It comes in a plastic covering and you tear the top to remove this towels. I like that they seem sturdy and that you get quite a few. However, I did not like the texture of the towels. They were rough, scratchy and itchy. And did not feel comfortable on my sensitive skin. I think the texture is helpful to remove things such a make up. But for me, I could not stand them on my face.
