Chinese steel in my review

If it’s one thing the Chinese has be, is it’s cheap steel. These knives look good but the steel is soft and the edge chips easily. Also scratches very easily with a scrubbing sponge.

Awesome knife best one I've ever owned.

It may not be suitable for people with small hands
