I live in the Pacific NW and everyone knows how much drizzling rain that we receive.
My little Beagle loves the wonderful body jacket. It’s actually water proof not just resistant, plus it’s well padded for warmth in snow and below 40 degree weather.Most important my pet loves to wear it and the hook for leash is on top close to her neck easier to control animal without hurting her when I pull
