Update: After a second attempt i heard back. Note that the email link on the website has an s on the end and will bounce - should be support@tanbaby.com - The lights seem ok, but one year later one of the lights has a panel that is failing. I have emailed support 2 times (maybe the second time will work) but the first submission one month ago went un-answered. A 2 year warranty is not worth anything if the product fails at less than a year, and the company doesn't answer inquiries.
