It was so easy to install. I didn't have to go to the hardware store to get any parts or tools. Instructions were clear. All parts were in the box. I have a three hole sink, so I was worried the base plate wouldn't cover all three holes, but it did. The device used to screw it to the bottom of the sink slipped on easy and all I needed to tighten it was my hand. The spray hose pulls down into the sink, swivels to both sides of the sink. Murphy's law was not in play at all. When I saw the amount of reviews I started to click through them as most of the time with so many reviews, you find the reviews are something other than the product for sale. Not this time. Great product for the price!
