Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Pros:
The main buttons and mouse wheel are very quiet
There is a connection via Bluetooth and a radio module, in practice I don’t use bluetooth, but when I tested it, there were no questions - switching somewhere in half a second, I think it’s acceptable
Cons:
The side buttons click much louder against the background of the almost silent click of the main buttons, like a bolt from the blue
There are recesses on the sides for better grip with fingers, you will have to clean it separately
