Sadly this umbrella lasted only 3 months
I loved the umbrella when it first arrived, the size and color are great. But sadly it has lasted only 3 months, and we have taken VERY good care of it. We have been careful to put it down after use and it has not been through any storms. Last time we went out to open it, it won't even lift when we turn the crank. We are very disappointed in this purchase, and would return it except that the return window is closed. Unless this company replaces my product, I will not be able to purchase from them again.
