This alarm certainly lives up to its name - it is loud and impossible to ignore. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for me. While it may be appropriate for heavy-duty vehicles, it was far too loud and jarring for my everyday sedan. Additionally, installation proved to be more difficult than anticipated, requiring some professional assistance. Overall, if you're in need of a truly heavy-duty backup alarm, this may be the product for you. But for the average driver, I would recommend something with a softer touch.
