Now let me start by saying this is a nice treadmill and would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice little machine to do low-intensity cardio on. Maybe you want to walk/job while you watch Tv, in that case, this is a great choice. It's a little noisy but not unbearable and overall gives a smooth walk. Also, be known that this treadmill isn't really meant to be run on for high-intensity cardio. You can try, but you may not have the best experience. Walking and jogging are better suited for this treadmill mostly because of its lack of size. Of course, lack of size can be a good thing if you want to keep it in a compact space. But even when you fold it up it doesn't use up much less space since two support bars still take up a decent amount of area.If you want a simple treadmill that does its job well, then this is for you
