Disappointing Performance of Wine Tool

While this product may seem like a convenient addition to your Home and Kitchen, it failed to live up to expectations. Through trial and error I found that it was difficult to use AND often caused the cork to break apart, ruining the bottle of wine. The only positive aspect was its compact size... Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable wine tool..
