The unit works well when you figure out how to work the control panel. User manual is basic. Air frying is quick, watch your food until you know how fast it takes or you end up with dried out product. Could not figure out how to turn completely off. You have to hold the Start/Stop button in for a few seconds. The manual says to unplug after each use, but cstm srvc said it's ok to leave in the OFF mode. My first unit made some odd clunking sound on the left side even on just toast w/no fan so no moving parts. Sounded unsafe, Contacted cstm srvc and a new unit was sent to me within days. Impressive. It says not to use foil to cover the drip tray but I think I'm going to anyway.
