Very difficult to zip and unzip despite provided lubricant

Love RTIC everything. I love the idea of this. I haven’t used it yet as it’s so hard to open and close it comes with lubricant but doesn’t seem to help much. I’m still hopeful it loosens up because I really want to use this!

One potential disadvantage of the RTIC Waterproof SidePack Deluxe Small Pouch is that it may be too small for some adventurers. If you are someone who typically carries a lot of gear or has larger items that you need to keep dry, you may find that this pouch doesn't offer enough space
