The Smell .UGHHHH! best in my review
The bands themselves are great quality, no need to spend big bucks for name brand bands. Only downside is that they smell like DEATH especially the bag they come with. To describe the smell is hard but the most accurate depiction would be the worst BO you have encountered in the many years of attending your local gym plus the time you ran over a skunk. There is a cure tho! I tossed out the bag and replaced it with a Crown Royal Bag. So its all good.

- May require more time to set up compared to other workout routines
