Updated - Original product was defective - but Good customer service
Update as of November 2: The product was still defective and was thrown in the garbage since digits were not readable after less than one month of purchase. However, customer service contacted me and offered to send a new clock or give me a full refund. I have to say that it is rare to find customer service so responsive and willing to take responsibility for their products. I have asked for a refund since the replacement clock they offered does not meet my needs (it is white and I needed a black or silver).
