Not a quality look or feel and NOT WATERPROOF!
I was a bit disappointed with the quality and feel of the material. I wish I had of truly read the item description more thoroughly because these are 100% NOT WATERPROOF. I unfortunately had to find out the hard way on my brand new couch, but lesson learned.
