The leather color rubs off

I got one of these for my cat. She's a bigger girl so the collar weight didn't seem to bother her. I can see how it may be too heavy for kittens or slimmer cats. Unfortunately the maroom collar color bled unto my white cat. Also part of the stiching is beginning to fray. It looks great, but didn't feel like the best quality.

My medium ALB looks cute on this. Don’t use to leash though.
