Satisfactory product quality, good price.
I use only distilled water. With its pros: Easy to use. Suitable for steaming curtains, clothes, washing floors, glasses, mirrors. There is a bag for storage of nozzles. Cons below: There is no shoulder strap, and it is heavy for the hand. I don't have enough steam.
