Great, as long as you're not being too vigorous

I bought these for use under a freestanding heavy bag. Unfortunately, whilst moving around, some of the tiles would disconnect (which is difficult to put back together with boxing gloves on!).These would be great underneath gym equipment, or for mild exercising like Yoga.but I wouldn't recommend them if you're going to be moving around with any type of 'gusto'. I decided to put these underneath my home gym equipment and ordered some 1" thick tiles for my heavy bag work.
