I bought my 1st 30 oz. from them 3 years ago and loved it. I bought a new one a couple of weeks ago. Looked the same. The cap for hot liquids fit nice and snug. However the lid for cold liquids was not tight at all. In fact it was so loose that when I picked up the tumbler at an angle some water spilled out. I filled out a return form and it was fast and easy, don't even have to put it in a box. Just take it to UPS store, show them the code and they do the rest.I ordered a new one which came today and unfortunately the same problem. The lid for hot drinks is very secure but the cold lid was again very loose which can led to spills and doesn't keep the liquid as cold for a long time as my 1st set did.
