This tunic is sweatshirt weight fabric, much warmer than I expected it to be. The fabric content is 35% cotton, 60% polyester & 5% spandex. The heavier fabric makes it perfect for cold weather. It was a little too warm for me to wear for tonight’s autumn evening, even though it was getting chilly. I overheated in no time & had to change.I’m 5’9” & the length of this tunic goes past my rear end so I have no problems wearing it with leggings or jeggings. It has a bit of a flair from two pleats that help give the waist more definition. It’s a slimming cut. The cuffs, collar & yoke are in the contrast fabric & the four large buttons in front are a cute touch. The two buttons on the left can be unbuttoned, the other two are stationery. It comes with an extra button.To machine wash it, turn it inside out, use cold water & wash with like colors. It should be hung or laid flat to dry. It’ll most likely shrink if put in the dryer. If it’s hung up right out of the washer, it shouldn’t need to be ironed.It’s nice enough to wear to the office & my preference is to wear it with leggings, skinny jeans or jeggings. Because of the flair, I personally don’t like it with a skirt.I look forward to wearing it a lot when the weather turns a little colder.
