Not impressed with this gym chalk
I tried out this chalk during my weightlifting session at the gym, but it didn't live up to my EXPECTATIONS. While it did make my hands slightly less sweaty, it left a lot of residue on the barbell and floor which made it difficult for others to use the equipment after me... Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice and previous experiences with chalk, I know that there are better options out there in the Sports and Outdoors market..
- Slightly reduces hand sweat.
- Leaves excess residue on equipment.
