This was my first juicer and it’s worked very well. We’ve been juicing daily for a couple of months with no problems. I found it best to cut things smaller, as the instructions state. I halve celery stalks then cut about 4 inches at an angle so they feed more easily. For carrots I cut the small ends off and half then quarter the big part, also cutting at an angle. For Beets I slice in 1/2 inch then cut the sliced pile in half and cut about 3 across. One tip I wish I had known earlier is to do the soft cucumbers/citrus at slow first then feed through the harder stuff at high. I recently ordered an omega and at this point I like this juicer better! It’s very easy to clean. I highly recommend.
