I usually don’t write reviews. But the seller went above and beyond to provide customer service and I just want to brag on them a bit.My son has autism and has been having trouble learning to speak. I got him this and he became attached to it and started talking so much more. It was amazing. We lost the battery piece for it and I contacted them to see if I could purchase a replacement and two days later a whole new hamster shows up in our mailbox.It’s such a great feeling knowing there’s people out there who care and want to provide amazing support for their products.
