Better for powders best in my review
These are a soft, minky-like fabric material, rather than a sponge that would be better for liquid makeups. I was hoping to use these for foundation and my cream bronzer and highlighter to get into more precise small spots, but these really don't work for anything dry because of the type of material. These are pretty much only good for powder products, which I highly prefer to use brushes for, so I'm a bit disappointed.However, they seem fine for what they are and there's a decent amount of them included in this set.
