Very responsive for warranty issues!

So i purchased the battery a year ago and had an issue with it where it just totally died. I contacted the company and they are very responsive via email. They helped with getting a solution to have the battery fix. Ive been through 2 other batteries and this one has a good warranty and longer then most.
