The best part about Health Equity is that there is no better customer service than the people who work there. They are extremely helpful and will work with you to find the best fit for you. They can be a little bit slow to pay out but they are working on that. We have been with them over 10 years now and have been with other companies as well. We love how supportive they are and how they do all they can for their customers. There is no other company that works on customer service as hard as Health Equity. I have not found any problems with them. We are still with them because they have been so helpful over the years. Our biggest problem with them is that they are expensive. They are not the cheapest out there, but they do have good benefits. We use their health plans for our employees. They are very affordable and they offer a ton of benefits. I like that it is easy to use and gives you options as far as your deductible and co-pays. You can also pay out of pocket if you choose. The website isn't always up to date, so things could change quickly and you may not be able to access what you need at the time. Make sure you know about all your options before choosing this program. I have found that it's very helpful for my family. We are saving money and getting insurance through the same provider. This has helped us stay healthy and save money.
