Personally, I've been using this prefix for the past couple of years. I have a version of it with a remote control that has two extra buttons for Netflix and Prime Video, and I haven't experienced any issues with it. In general, everything works perfectly. I made the decision to buy the identical thing for my mother and father. It is helpful to read on 4pd, they have written a new revision, and there are frequently problematic ones, such as arbitrary reboots and the remote control falling off. As soon as I received it, I immediately noticed that the picture on the package itself was already different. The remote control was drawn with four buttons, and it was useful to read about it on 4pd. You always have the same optimism that I won't be affected by the situation, but unfortunately that hasn't happened. (And I believe that this is a deceit of customers because the picture displays an older model with two buttons, but they provide a new one with four buttons. Should I have known, I would not have purchased it!
