Disappointing Performance of Folding Umbrella

When I tried this product during a recent trip, it failed to protect me and my luggage from the rain. The umbrella was too small and didn't cover me properly .The compact size is a pro but it sacrificed the quality and effectiveness. I regret the purchase and wouldn't recommend it to anyone..
