Very stable comfortable bench
Packed very securely in a big box. You are able to unpack pieces at a time. Installation was easy the tough part was getting the tools and bolts. out of the blister pack. The bench is very solid and very comfy with good support. I will be working out more for sure.

- The bench may not be suitable for people who require a completely flat surface for exercise
