Disappointed I had to come back to ebay and buy a wall plate because the Lutron MA-L3T251 does not come with the plate. The switch should come with a plate.1. The switch can be over $60, should have a plate2. Switch is a custom color, most people will want the plate.3. A plate is pictured in the switch ad.4. The listing says (upon checking) wall plate is not included but hidden deep in the horribly written "Product description"Also note the switch behavior is not quite as advertised. "Two taps" to full bright is deceiving. One tap is a slow rise to bright, 2 taps is a faster rise to bright. "Press and Hold for 10-second fade off" seems to do nothing. It fades to off no matter what at the same rate.There is brief mention of this in the "Product description" run on sentence but the fan will cycle down with a minute left. It will then cycle back up until time runs out. Seems unnecessary and can't be good on fan motors.
