My first electric wrench and I think I got a dud. It’s never worked. I’ve tried to use it about 4 times and never removed any bolt or screw. It looks beautiful and I love the case. But it’s a dud for me.
- I'm a professional mechanic I use this product every day has no problem with it
- The product may be more expensive than other cordless ratchet wrench sets on the market
