I have purchased two pairs of these (light grey and black), both in the cotton, to wear as pajamas. I have the grey already, and just ordered the black. The brushed fleecy cotton on the inside is so soft and comfy! I wanted close-fitting, stretchy, cozy pajamas in cotton (this is surprisingly hard to find - most cotton winter pajamas are loose flannel, and most snug-fitting pajamas are synthetic fabrics). These ones are perfect! They haven't stretched out or pilled at all after numerous wears and washings, and seem well-made. I'm 5'8" and about 140 lbs and the medium fits me perfectly.
