Cover burns your hands, can’t refill right away
Update:Despite initially being disappointed with this, I find I use it rather often over my other tea kettle. It looks more pleasing even if it is poorly designed and keeps burning my husband.Prev—The top of the metal gets so hot you have to wait a while in between refills. Also, it has a really bad taste. I read this happens with metal when the local water is hard. Not sure it’s the products fault but the glass kettle this replaced didn’t have a bad taste.Overall, this isn’t well designed. I like the way it looks but as I can’t refill it right away, it’s pretty ineffective for more than 2 large cups of tea.
- Suitable for making iced coffee and tea
- Might be too expensive to justify its value to some users
