Has some pros: Very nicely packaged; there were no scratches on arrival! Not to be the situation in this circumstance Cons: You need to provide additional information. adjusting the brakes and shifting gears! The wheels are quite securely locked; you'll need a wrench for 15-thou to unlock them!
