I like that it fits easily into a corner, out of the way. Also that it supports both 3 & 5 gal bottles, has buttons on the back to activate hot & cold water, in case you have a mischievous little one who wants to use it themselves, you can turn off hot at back to avoid burns. Quiet DEFINITELY a money saver and convenience for me. No more water bottles or waiting while the filtering pitcher filters & cools in fridge - especially cuz tap water at my place is sketchy! Also, if you buy this, smart to purchase the non-spill caps - they help!
