They CREASED & FOLDED the Rug!
The rug works for asthetics and is pretty BUT.they put a crease in it and folded it instead of rolling it so I'm not sure how to get all the ripples out. The factory workers must not use rugs because they are ruining these by this process of putting so many creases in the rug. If someone knows how to fix this please submit it on hear. Maybe gonna try wet towl & steam iron. Fingers crossed! I ordered the 8x10 and if they folded that its going back right away! STOP RUINING THE RUGS!
