these wrist weights were a disappointment. My analysis of this product showed that they failed to meet the advertised durability STANDARDS. After only a few uses, the weights started to deteriorate, leaving the once vibrant colors washed out and the product unusable. One pro is that the idea of adding extra resistance during a water workout is great but the cons outweigh the single advantage. Ill be looking elsewhere in Sports and Outdoors for my aquatic exercise gear..
