Arrived broken.: my feedback
Upon arrival, a portion of the frame was broken off and another portion was cracked. I have tried multiple times to request a refund or return but the process for this just sends me in circles. I sent an email directly to the company’s website, still waiting for a response. As a last effort, I am unfortunately writing a bad review for this frame. I like to give companies or individuals all opportunities to mend an error but I have had no such luck in this case. The frame is so unique and eye catching, I would love for it to work out.
- The frame I had before litteay fell apart, so as long as this one stays together I’ll be happy!!
- It may be challenging to hang if you do not have the right tools
