I ordered this in both XXL and XL since some reviews said it ran smaller. I wear 38F and pant size is Regular 16 or XL. The XXL was way too big both on top and bottom, the XL fits just right on bottom, not too tight but still hugs curves. The bottoms are lightweight and not like compression shorts. The waist is midrise on me, to belly button. The top straps are a little too long/unsupportive for me, I might just have a heavier chest. But it's enough material to cover and contain and supports like a low impact/yoga bra. I would wear it at home but not in public since it covers a bit low on for me for top half of chest.
