Bought this to declutter and keep bikes upright in garage. Easy to assemble, and sturdy once the bolts are in place. Could NOT fit four teen/adult bikes in the same direction on this rack. Tried taking the advice of others and changed the bikes to front/back/front/back going in the rack. These are mountain bikes so the disc brakes are hitting when I back them in. Not worth messing them up, so I took the rack apart and switched every other part so I could have two bikes on one side and two on the other side. The rack is not made to do that so the bars do not fit together correctly. See pictures attached. Over time I’m sure the bars will work their way apart, so I might have to glue those together? Time will tell. Overall, it decluttered my garage (a bit-took up more room this way) and keeps the bikes from falling over (until the bars come apart).Would be great for two kid and two adult bikes.
