Great for stretching and floor work. Easy to store rolled or flat. Do not fold in half or it will create a deep crease. Nice and long. Perfect width. Great cushioning for those of us who live in houses full of tile floors. It's the same brand of mat used in gyms and physical therapy facilities - that's why it's more durable than the type found in sporting goods stores. Super easy to keep clean. Just wipe it down and done.
