DELIVERED A CLEARLY RETURNED/OPENED ITEM W/ MISSING PARTS
The product was delivered with ONLY the shelves and a glove. NO vertical posts to attach the shelves. No screws. No instructions. The item had clearly been opened/returned and just re-sent. Now, after paying for the item, I've got to go out of my way to return it for a refund.

- Arrived broken. Packaging had no damage but the wood panels were all broken. Very Disappoint
