I love this grinder. No cords, large opening so filling the grinding cup is easy and cleaning even easier. Then there's the secondary, outer lid or cup that engages the grinder. Seriously, it's almost impossible to make s mess with this. The blades are sharp and the motor is strong and quiter than a lot grinders I've had.The only reason I've rated 4 stars instead of 5 is that the first one I ordered didn't work. As in. fully charged and the motor never turned on. The customer service was very nice. I simple marked the item for return and requested a new one. I had the working replacement in two days and returned the non-working one that evening. No charge to me. It's just disappointing that the first one I ordered got through Q.C.
