It does not stretch.

Was disappointed the bottom cover did not stretch, the seat is thinner than I expected and not as comfortable. It did not stretch enough to go over existing seat. I had to tie it on.

I needed a little more cushion and this was the right size for my exercise bike.

Минусы

Tends to shift and slide around during use
